In Loving Memory of Russ Critchfield
Russ Critchfield's Golf Against ALS Scramble
We, the Critchfield Family, are hosting Russ Critchfield's Golf Against ALS Scramble in loving memory of Russ Critchfield, husband, father, uncle, and friend.
The Russ Critchfield's Golf Against ALS Scramble benefits ALS United Rocky Mountain in their support to ALS families and research. ALS is a difficult and trying journey but your support and love throughout this journey will always stay within our hearts. If you would like to support those braving their ALS journey, please read on and give serious consideration to making a donation in memory of our ALS HERO, Russ Critchfield.

OUR ALS HERO’S STORY
Russ braved every second as his body began to change throughout this disease. However challenging his journey was, the light that came from Russ never diminished. Hope will last through our darkest times and the love of our family and friends will stay with us forever.
WHAT IS ALS?
ALS, or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. ALS is an always-fatal neurodegenerative disease in which a person’s brain loses connection with the muscles. People with ALS lose their ability to walk, talk, eat, and eventually breathe. ALS United Rocky Mountain supports people living with ALS and their loved ones through services and education in Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. We leave no stone unturned in our search for the cure for this progressive neurodegenerative disease.
DONATE
Because there is no known cause or cure for ALS, there is an urgency for more research and financial support. Your donation today will help provide much-needed services, which can be incredibly expensive and hard to obtain. The estimated out-of-pocket cost for the care of a person living with ALS is over $250,000. You can donate directly here on my page or send a check to:
