The 2024 La Rue family Walk to Defeat ALS
It's that time again! Fundraising to support patients with ALS and their families.
Thanks for your donation!
The La Rue family walks every year to honor the memory of Dave La Rue (1962-2010). Dave faced ALS with humor and tenacity. Let's continue to honor his strength and his memory and to help find a cure for ALS. Our family is forever grateful for the support that the ALS United - Rocky Mountain gave us throughout his illness.
Most of all, Dave hoped for a cure for ALS. Let's raise some money to support ALS research & assistance to ALS patients and their families.
We will all feel Dave's energy on that day!
Thanks so much!
Love and peace,
Lisa & the whole La Rue family.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow and breathe. The life expectancy of a person with ALS averages 2 to 5 years from the time of diagnosis. ALS can strike anyone, and presently there is no known cause or cure.
