Hello,

It's that time of the year again when I request your assistance to help ALS United Rocky Mountain provide care and support to individuals and families affected by ALS and spread awareness to find treatments and a cure for this incredibly devastating disease.

My best friend and husband, Tom, passed away from ALS April 10th, 2024.  Ironically, this year's walk will fall on Sunday, October 5th, which would have been his 54th birthday.  Along with the 365 days I think of him, this event provides me a way to honor Tom's memory and help those who are struggling with or succumb to this disease.

Please consider walking with me, sponsoring me or thinking of Tom on this day (or any other day of the year).  The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intention.
