This year, the Walk and Roll at ALS Rocky Mountain was an opportunity to reflect on God goodness and on people like you, who help us at every step of this journey. It was a day filled with love, encouragement, and hope, and I am grateful to be able to share it with you.

As my friend and ALS Rocky Mountain ambassador Janeen said today,
Maybe they should call it Walk and Roll, for all the people who ride along.
I couldn?t agree more.

I give thanks to God, who has faithfully provided for us at every step. From the very first day we visited the ALS clinic, He placed the right people in our path. That was the day we met Jared Nelson from ALS Rocky Mountain, Utah, who has been a true blessing to Glenda and me, caring for us with deep empathy and making sure we received every piece of equipment and support needed along the way. His dedication has filled us with hope and encouragement since day one.

At the event, other representatives from the organization were also present, which made the day feel even more supported. We were also joined by friends from the University of Utah ALS Clinic, such as my dear friend Dillan, who has been more than an excellent OT, a true friend, Joey Brignone from the School of Engineering and his team, and Cassie Kuhn, who is always present at every ALS Rocky Mountain activity, with a kindness and enthusiasm that inspire. The entire ALS Rocky Mountain team made this gathering unforgettable.

My sister Nelly and my brother-in-law Héctor were already visiting us at home, and with great joy they joined as part of the Amazing Grace team to share this experience with us.

By the grace of God, we completed the Walk and Roll, and the fundraising goal has already been surpassed. Although the event has concluded, the mission continues. If you want to be part of this cause and support those fighting ALS, you can still contribute and walk with us in spirit.

Este año, la Caminata y Rodada de ALS Rocky Mountain fue una oportunidad para reflexionar sobre la bondad de Dios y las personas, como tú, que nos ayudan en cada paso de este camino. Fue un día lleno de amor, apoyo y esperanza, y estoy agradecido de poder compartirlo con ustedes.

Doy gracias a Dios, quien ha provisto fielmente en cada etapa de este camino. Desde el primer día que visitamos la clínica de ELA, Él puso a las personas correctas en nuestro camino. Ese fue el día en que conocimos a Jared Nelson de ALS Rocky Mountain, Utah, quien ha sido una verdadera bendición para Glenda y para mí, brindándonos una atención llena de empatía y asegurándose de que recibiéramos cada equipo y apoyo necesario con el paso de los días. Su dedicación nos ha llenado de esperanza y ánimo desde el primer día.

En el evento también estuvieron presentes otros representantes de la organización, lo cual hizo que el día se sintiera aún más respaldado. Además, contamos con la presencia de representantes de la clínica de ELA de la Universidad de Utah, como mi querido amigo Dillan, quien ha sido más que un excelente terapeuta ocupacional, un verdadero amigo, Joey Brignone de la escuela de ingeniería y su equipo, y Cassie Kuhn, quien siempre está presente en todas las actividades de ALS Rocky Mountain, con un cariño y entusiasmo que inspiran. Todo el equipo de ALS Rocky Mountain hizo que este encuentro fuera inolvidable.

Mi hermana Nelly y mi cuñado Héctor ya estaban de visita en casa, y con gran alegría se unieron como parte del equipo Amazing Grace para compartir esta experiencia con nosotros.
